十誡

除了我以外、你不可有別的神。
不可為自己雕刻偶像、也不可作甚麼形像、
彷彿上天、下地、和地底下、水中的百物．
不可妄稱耶和華你　神的名、因為妄稱耶和華名的、
耶和華必不以他為無罪。
當記念安息日、守為聖日。
當孝敬父母、使你的日子在耶和華你　
神所賜你的地上、得以長久。
不可殺人。

生命

馬太福音 6:25
所以我告訴你們, 不要為生命憂慮, 吃甚麼, 喝甚麼. 為身體憂慮, 穿甚麼. 生命不勝於飲食麼, 身體不勝於衣裳麼.
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

馬太福音 16:26
人若賺得全世界, 賠上自己的生命, 有甚麼益處呢. 人還能拿甚麼換生命呢.

詩篇 100:5

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

哥林多前書 10:13
你們所遇見的試探, 無非是人所能受的. 神是信實的, 必不叫你們受試探過於所能受的. 在受試探的時候, 總要給你們開一條出路, 叫你們能忍受得住.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

約翰壹書 1:9
我們若認自己的罪, 神是信實的, 是公義的, 必要赦免我們的罪, 洗淨我們一切的不義.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

公義

詩篇 106:3
凡遵守公平, 常行公義的, 這人便為有福.
Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

箴言 12:28
在公義的道上有生命. 其路之中, 並無死亡.
In the way of righteousness is life: and in the pathway thereof there is no death.

箴言 13:6行為正直的, 有公義保守. 犯罪的被邪惡傾覆.
Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.

箴言 15:9
惡人的道路, 為耶和華所憎惡. 追求公義的, 為他所喜愛.
The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness.

箴言 16:8

多有財利, 行事不義, 不如少有財利, 行事公義.
Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.

箴言 21:21
追求公義仁慈的, 就尋得生命, 公義, 和尊榮.
He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.

愛

約翰福音 3:16
神愛世人, 甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們, 叫一切信祂的, 不至滅亡,反得永生.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

路加福音 10:27

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to beburned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; out then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

悔改

馬太福音 3:2天國近了, 你們應當悔改.
And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

馬太福音 3:8
你們要結出果子來, 與悔改的心相稱.
Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:

路加福音 15:7
我告訴你們, 一個罪人悔改, 在天上也要這樣為他歡喜, 較比為九十九個不用悔改的義人, 歡喜更大.
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

得救

路加福音 8:50
耶穌聽見就對他說, 不要怕, 只要信, 你的女兒就必得救.
But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.

約翰福音 3:17
因為神差祂的兒子降世, 不是要定世人的罪, ((或作審判世人下同)) 乃是要叫世人因祂得救.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

約翰福音 10:9
我就是門. 凡從我進來的, 必然得救, 並且出入得草吃.

使徒行傳 4:12

試探

申命記 6:16
你們不可試探耶和華你們的神, 像你們在瑪撒那樣試探他.
You shall not tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.

希伯來書 2:18他自己既然被試探而受苦, 就能搭救被試探的人.
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

雅各書 1:12
忍受試探的人是有福的. 因為他經過試驗以後, 必得生命的冠冕, 這是主應許給那些愛他之人的.
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

禱告與祈求

詩篇 102:17
他垂聽窮人的禱告, 並不藐視他們的祈求.
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.

箴言 15:8
惡人獻祭, 為耶和華所憎惡. 正直人祈禱, 為他所喜悅.
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

箴言 15:29
耶和華遠離惡人. 卻聽義人的禱告.
The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

馬太福音 7:7

你們祈求, 就給你們. 尋找, 就尋見. 叩門, 就給你們開門.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

馬可福音 11:24
所以我告訴你們, 凡你們禱告祈求的, 無論是甚麼, 只要信是得著的, 就必得著.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

馬可福音 14:38

倚靠
